What do people look for when re-imagining their bathroom spaces?

But we wanted to talk a little bit more about a lot of what we see as we help with so many bathroom remodeling projects that really create vibrant new spaces within a home.
Modern Tile
This is far and away the biggest desire for many people who are seeking to remodel their bathrooms.
One choice is lighter and brighter tile that helps to accentuate the use of natural light in the bathroom space. Another popular option is to replace old solid-color tile with more modern patterns that hide dirt better.
By contrast, some people want to do the opposite, and get rid of systems that do harbor dirt or grime, or where grout is cracking, and put in place a brand-new solid color design that looks immaculate when clean.
Shower Space
Here’s another overwhelmingly popular part of bathroom remodeling – it has to do with how you take a shower.
Homeowners are seeing that they can take advantage of lots of great new technology for the shower, including specialty showerheads, controls and multiple jet streams of water. Along with this, they want to expand the space in their shower area for a more luxurious experience.
Toilet Additions
Many people are opting to add technology to the toilet area of the bathroom as well. A bidet, that is so common in European nations and elsewhere, is very popular with clients.
Vanity Upgrades
In many cases, an older home has a very simple or primitive vanity for the sink. It might be a simple structure made of poor quality pressboard or a standalone porcelain fixture that looks outdated.
People are replacing these with modern vanities that include double sinks and mirrors and more. The ethos is decidedly modernistic in many cases – some of these even look like steampunk designs with elaborate metal and glass mirroring and more.
